NEWS: NIH-supported scientists discovered that hormones associated with male development may play a key role in limiting the growth of brain tumors in men.

In an analysis of data from more than 1,300 men with glioblastoma, researchers found that supplemental testosterone significantly improved survival. The findings were consistent with preclinical experiments showing the loss of testosterone drove tumor growth.

This one goes out to all the providers who have been hoodwinked by the pellet companies into thinking they have received some sort of "legitimate training" on optimal BHRT, when they have just been weaponized into sales reps. Pellets only exist because the drug companies are not allowed to own a patent on the hormone molecules themselves, so they patented a delivery method. A delivery method that also happens to make patients dependent on a provider for the "placement". (It's actually mutilation, but I digress...)
If your pellet dose is too high (which there is a VERY good chance it will be, since they can't control the levels in any way), you have two choices: 1. Suffer until they wear off (no guarantees on how long that will take) or 2. Call a general surgeon to cut them out.
If you have had pellets placed it is not too late to switch to a method that is physiologic AND doesn't require you to have a metal tube shoved into you every three months.
If your provider has offered you pellets, find a new provider.
If you're a provider who puts pellets in people, stop. Get some help. You promised to do no harm.

Progestins ARE NOT the same as progesterone. The science is clear. And yet, the FDA continues to force bioidentical, micronized progesterone to carry the black box warning that progestins do. And to really round out this almighty slap in the face from BigHarma, they can't even be bothered to change the wording from its original "progestin". They're mocking us. They're keeping us sick. And they're profiting every step of the way.
