☀️😎 What a fantastic day to get outside, soak up some sunshine, and enjoy our Bubbles in the Park activity! 🫧🌈💨

Our residents spent the day laughing 😂, smiling 😊, visiting with friends 🤝, and watching colorful bubbles dance through the air 🌬️🫧✨. The park was filled with joy, excitement, and plenty of happy memories! 💙💚💛🧡💜

Activities like these encourage fresh air 🌳☀️, movement 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️, social interaction 🗣️, and sensory stimulation 👀🫧 while creating moments that brighten everyone’s day! 🌟

🚨 Final Resident Safety Update 🚨

We are pleased to share a final update regarding today's carbon monoxide alert at Terrell Healthcare Center.

After thorough assessments and monitoring, we are happy to report that no residents experienced any adverse effects, and all residents remain safely in the facility. The resident who was evaluated as a precaution has been cleared, and all residents continue to be monitored by our clinical team.

We would like to give a special shout-out to Mesquite Plumbing for their prompt response and outstanding work in helping identify and address the issue. We are also incredibly grateful to the Terrell Fire Department, emergency responders, city officials, and everyone who assisted throughout the day.

The Fire Department has given us the green light to resume normal operations, and we are confident in the safety of our environment moving forward.

Today was a great reminder that when it comes to resident safety, it is always better to be safe than sorry. We appreciate the support, patience, and concern shown by our families, staff, and the entire Terrell community.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved and to our amazing team members who remained focused on providing exceptional care throughout the event.

🚨 Resident Safety Update 🚨

We would like to provide an update regarding today's carbon monoxide alert at Terrell Healthcare Center.

The fire department has completed assessments throughout the facility and is currently going room-to-room. At this time, all carbon monoxide readings are registering at zero, which is reassuring news for our residents, families, and staff.

As an added precaution, new carbon monoxide detectors have been purchased and are being installed. Plumbing professionals will also be onsite tomorrow morning to assist with further evaluation and ensure all systems are functioning properly.

Out of an abundance of caution, one resident was transferred to the hospital for additional evaluation. We will continue to monitor all residents closely and take any necessary steps to ensure their safety and well-being.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Terrell Fire Department, emergency responders, city officials, and everyone in the Terrell community who offered assistance and support throughout the day. We are also incredibly proud of our staff for their professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to our residents during this event.

Resident safety remains our highest priority, and we will continue to provide updates if needed.

🌱🥗 From Garden to Table! 🥗🌱

There is something special about enjoying food that you helped grow yourself! Our residents have spent months planting, watering, weeding, and caring for our community garden, and their hard work is paying off.

Today, we celebrated the first of many fresh salads made with vegetables grown right here in our resident garden! 🍅🥒🥬 The smiles were just as plentiful as the harvest as residents enjoyed the fruits (and vegetables!) of their labor.

Gardening has provided our residents with exercise, purpose, teamwork, and the satisfaction of watching something grow from a tiny seed into a delicious meal. We are incredibly proud of everyone who helped make this harvest possible.

Here’s to many more fresh salads and successful harvests throughout the season! 🌞🌿
