Simply go out and enjoy being alive. Allow yourself to laugh and to see the magic all around you.

How does one find contentment in a world that seems to be filled with strife, struggle and fear? Finding a space within you, where you are able to accept certain things as they are, will give you greater peace of mind. Do not mis-interpret contentment with complacency however. Being content is not about simply accepting everything in your life a it is. It is about recognizing those things that you have no control over and not permitting them to hijack your life. Then, embracing the things that you can change for the better, both in your internal and external environment and working on making the necessary changes there — one step at a time. Living your life day-to-day, not anguishing about past events, or stressing about the future will also bring a sense of serenity to your life.

As the saying goes, “the only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” Change is inevitable and is embedded at the very core of life. Everything in nature is constantly changing. Trying to resist change is not only futile, but can cause stress and create blockages in your life. The Angels ask that you recognize the areas in your life where you need to break repetitive, non-beneficial patterns. The old and familiar may seem to be safe but at times you need to step into the unknown and trust that the Angels will be there to assist you. Many opportunities await you, but require that you let go of one thing to be open to receiving something new.

1. Do you hold onto the past at the expense of moving forward in your life?
2. Do you fear the unknown and resist change?

1. With the support of the Angels I embrace change.
