If you think a workout only “counts” if you can barely walk afterward, we need to chat. 😂

More exhausted does not mean more effective.

Inside WellMamas, I program your sets so you’re working HARD, but not running yourself into the ground just for the sake of saying you did.

The goal is usually 1 to 2 reps in reserve.

Basically, I want you to finish a set thinking:
“If Bailey asked me for 2 more, I wouldn’t like her, but I could do it.”

If I asked for 4 more, you might punch me. Perfect. We found the sweet spot. 😂

You can build muscle without taking every single set to complete failure. And when you’re already raising humans, working, managing a household, and reheating the same coffee for the third time, unnecessary fatigue is not exactly something we need more of.

Train hard. Recover well. Come back and do it again.

That’s the kind of fitness I actually want for you.

And if you want me to take the guesswork out of it, you can try WellMamas for only $10 right now. Comment 'AUGUST' and I'll DM you the info.

You’ll get quick, effective workouts, simple meal plans, mindfulness and self-care tools, and a plan that actually fits into your life. 🤎

Intermittent fasting might be “working”… but that doesn’t mean it's good for your body.

Here’s why some people see results with IF: it can create a smaller eating window, which often means eating fewer calories overall.

But eating less isn’t the goal on this corner of the internet.

Especially as a mom, I care way more about whether you’re actually fueling your body enough to:

→ have steady energy
→ feel strong during your workouts
→ recover well
→ get enough protein + nutrients
→ build habits you can actually maintain

Want to stop guessing about what your body actually needs?

That’s exactly what I teach inside WellMamas...how to fuel yourself, train effectively, and make wellness work in your actual life.

A reminder I needed this week: you don’t lose your progress just because life needs you to slow down. 🤍

You can get sick. Miss workouts. Take a few days off. Have a week where taking care of everyone else takes everything you’ve got.

And then… you come back.

No guilt. No “starting over.” No trying to make up for what you missed.

This is exactly why I believe wellness has to fit into your real life, not require a perfect life.

That's why I created WellMamas.

For real women, with real schedules, real kids, real interruptions, and very limited amounts of uninterrupted time 😂

Something you can stick with because there’s room for LIFE in it.

Because the best part has never just been the before + afters.

It’s the messages I get that say…

“I feel so much stronger.”
“I love the way I look in my jeans.”
“I have energy again.”
“I actually feel healthy.”
“I feel motivated.”
“I’m finally seeing muscle.”
“I feel confident again.”
“I can’t believe I’ve actually stuck with this.”

Those are the wins.

Because when you finally find a workout program that fits INTO your life instead of expecting you to rearrange your life around it… you can actually stick with it.

That consistency starts to change a lot more than your body.

You feel stronger.
You feel healthier.
You carry yourself differently.
You trust yourself again.
You start liking the way you feel in your own skin.

Getting to play even a small part in helping women feel that way?

That’s what makes me rich in life. 🤍

There’s a version of motherhood where it’s really easy to slowly disappear from your own life.

Not because you don’t love being their mom. You do. More than anything.

But somewhere between taking care of everyone else, it can start to feel normal to always put yourself last.

I don’t want my girls to grow up believing that’s what being a good mom looks like.

I want them to see me move my body, take care of myself, have goals, feel strong, and still be completely obsessed with being their mom.

I want them to know you don’t have to lose yourself to love your family well.

And maybe every time I choose to show up for myself, I’m teaching them that they’re allowed to do the same someday. 🤍

Hear me out on this....

Harder isn’t always better.

CONSISTENT is better, and consistency gets a whole lot easier when you don’t have to figure everything out yourself.

That’s why I created WellMamas. The wellness program built for moms with quick, effective workouts, simple meal plans + mindfulness tools that fit into your actual life (and take one more decision off your plate).

No starting over. No making wellness your full-time job. Just a simple way to feel stronger, more energized + more like yourself again.

Maybe the chicest thing I can do at this point is build a life where taking care of myself feels normal.

Not perfect. Not all-consuming. Not something I have to “get back to.”

Just part of my life and something my girls grow up seeing as part of theirs, too.

That feels pretty good to me. 🤍
