Dear Daughter: God Says You Are Beautiful is a 31‑day devotional born out of my own journey from battling an eating disorder to discovering the freedom and identity God always intended for me. As a registered dietitian who has walked through healing that was only possible with God, I felt called to write the words I desperately needed when I was younger.
This devotional is for any woman who has struggled with insecurity, comparison, or feeling “not enough,” and for teens and young adults navigating those pressures today.
My prayer is that God uses these pages to restore identity and speak life over every heart that reads it.
