20 years ago today I graduated from my midwifery program. 🎓Time flies when you are catching babies! Thank you to all the families over the last 20 years (plus the years of apprenticeship before that!) that have welcomed me into your homes as we welcomed your sweet babies.

So thankful to be Mom-Approved again for 2026 - Eleven years in a row now! 💕 So very honored by everyone who took the time to nominate me & to all the families that invite me to be a part of their pregnancies & births. I’m looking forward to another year of continuing to serve families & continuing to earn the Mom-Approved honor.

And so wraps up 2025. 31 Barefoot Births (and one Honorary Barefoot Birth in Austin that I’m still claiming as one of ours 😉) Then another 34 births where I assisted other midwives. For a total of 65 in-person births & one honorary out-of-town birth. Thank you all for welcoming me into your families and your homes this year. 💕 I’m excited to put together our annual statistics now that all our 2025 babies are here to share with you.
