“I am a beautiful and passionate soul.” 🧡

The Sacral Chakra — Svadhishthana — lives just below the navel and is connected to creativity, pleasure, relationships, and emotional flow.

We are souls experiencing life through human form — here to learn, create, evolve, and raise our frequency through this beautiful, sometimes messy, human journey.

✨ Food for thought:
When you look at another person, can you see beyond their ego and imperfections to the soul within?

Can you choose compassion and love — and recognize the brilliance that lives beneath the surface?

Because true beauty and passion reside within the soul. 🧡

Wishing you a soulful, heart-centered week.

Six crystals. Six different energies. ✨

Carnelian • Rose Quartz • Amethyst • Clear Quartz • Amazonite • Blue Apatite

Each pendulum is beautiful in its own way—and sometimes the one you’re most drawn to is the one worth exploring. 💫

Which one catches your eye first?

Sometimes a path appears at just the right moment.

Walking through Marie Antoinette’s hamlet at Versailles, I came upon this archway of autumn leaves—with a clearing and light waiting beyond.

It made me think about how life can hold both beauty and impermanence. How quickly circumstances can change. How we are all invited, again and again, to choose what we carry forward.

We cannot change the path behind us.

But we can pause.
We can listen.
And we can keep walking toward the light.

✨ Perhaps that is where the real beauty lies.

Hello Beautiful Souls,

I’ve just returned from Paris, still carrying its light, its exciting rhythm, and a renewed appreciation for savoring the moment. Rather than our usual Mindful Monday, I’m sharing a Mindful Update this week: a few gentle notes on what’s unfolding at My Chakra Center.

Scroll down whenever you have a quiet moment, and lean into what resonates.

Helping... or people pleasing?

From the outside, the two can look the same — but the intention is different. Placating, or people pleasing, calms the moment: saying yes when you mean no, smoothing things over. Helping meets the actual need.

Placating buys peace for a moment. Helping builds something that lasts.

✨ Reflection: Where are you smoothing things over... when what’s needed is something more honest?

❤️ Mindful Monday

What if the thing keeping you stuck… is the thing you keep calling “safe”?

We naturally return to what’s familiar, especially when life feels uncertain. But awareness gives us the power to choose something new.

The Root Chakra reminds us: a strong root doesn’t keep us stuck — it gives us the safety to grow. 🌱

This week, breathe deeply, feel your feet on the ground, and repeat:

✨ I am open to possibilities. ✨

Then ask yourself:

How good can it get?

A little reminder you can hold in your hand. ✨

These beautiful semi-precious stones are engraved with words of intention—each paired with a card featuring an affirmation to carry with you.

Choose the word that speaks to you, keep it close, and let the affirmation become part of your daily practice.

Sometimes, a small stone can hold a very big reminder. 💛

Available at My Chakra Center.

✨ 10/10/10 — A moment to realign.

October 10, 2026, carries the symbolism of 10/10/10 when the digits of the year are added together. A beautiful reminder to pause, become present, and consciously choose the energy you want to cultivate.

Ease. Joy. Clarity. Fulfillment. Love. 💛

Take a few quiet moments to breathe, release what you no longer need to carry, and ask yourself:

✨ What am I ready to welcome into my life?

Let this be your intention:

I choose what brings me into alignment with who I am becoming.

And if you’ve been noticing 1:1:1, let that be another gentle invitation to begin again with intention.

Save this practice and return whenever you need a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. 💫

✨ World Singing Bowl Day ✨

There is something extraordinary about sound.

When vibrational sound moves through the body, it can invite us to slow down, soften, and return to a more coherent state—where body, mind, and energy begin to feel more aligned.

I love working with vibrational sound bowls as part of the healing experience at My Chakra Center. The tones aren’t simply something we hear… they’re something we feel. 🤍

Today, I’m celebrating the beautiful medicine of sound—and the quiet invitation it offers:

Pause. Breathe. Listen. Receive. ✨
