As we say good-bye to 2025, and welcome the New Year, I am so excited for what 2026 brings. 2025 has been busy, it's been hard and there have been a lot of business growing pains, but there has also been a lot of growth-SO much growth-in my personal and professional life.
I have added a new hobby that I have integrated into my practice and have had so much fun "rolling in the dough". Who knew that sourdough bread would be so beneficial for gut health?
I also want to thank my clients who have trusted me with their health journey-you all have done AMAZING and I'm so proud of you and the investment you have made in yourself!
I have spent most of my off time developing The Way To Weight Loss and Wellness program that will officially launch in 2 weeks. So yes, I'm excited for 2026.
