Instead of continuously playing I needed a sacred pause to crack my neck! Cracking and releasing what was stuck up in there. Because deep relaxation and sound vibrations cause tight muscles to let go, allowing joints to naturally shift and release built-up pressure

I thought this was a slam ball and it wasn’t and knocked me the hell out ! It was early and apparently my common sense didn’t realize that it was. On a different note, this also made me think maybe the universe is telling me to listen more and say less when it comes to some things going on in my life.
