Been a little quite in the socials but we’re baaack!!! What did you think of the new Ronin Rotisserie?!?! TikTok trend and Chef Ariel inspired, Zhuzhed up spin on Japanese rotisserie chicken! Brined and pulled chicken breast and a not-so-fried bone broth rice with scallion, bok choy, furikake, carrot, splash of soy sauce, and some super tasty kimchi! It’s been a wild couple of weeks if you know but sometimes you just have to laugh through the darkness. This week’s inspiration comes from Methodist Hospital and the amazing care they showed to our family. A fun little play on Salisbury steak! House ground beef eye of round, bone broth peppered gravy, seared zucchini and squash, with fried spiced red potatoes. Thank you to all the first responders for putting it all on the line to protect our community!!! And a major thank you to everyone who reached out and to Chef Ariel who held down the fort!!! Ariel
