Running Seminar Part 2: 🏃‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️🏋️We will be hosting our next running seminar on April 5th at Hidden Gym from noon-2pm. This will be a much more active seminar where we will breakout into small groups and rotate through. Dr. Beau will be covering breathing exercises, Dr. Brennan will be covering upper body exercises, Dr. Evan will be covering lower extremity exercises, and Brittany will be covering recovery. Our awesome patient and fitness trainer Shelly will then blend everything together for a workout at the end. This event will be capped at 30 participants so register soon! Link in the comments.
