By using behavioral therapy techniques in a coaching context, I offer practical approaches to assist in modifying behaviors, improve emotional regulation, and to develop better coping strategies. I use tools and concepts such as neuroplasticity, Positive Psychology, VIA Character Strengths, self-compassion, and active listening… to name a few. By creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, I encourage clients to explore their deepest aspirations, confront their fears, and embrace their personal journey of healing and transformation. I understand that some issues can be difficult to discuss. I am committed to earning the trust of my clients while providing them with a peaceful and comfortable environment in which they are free to express themselves honestly and openly. I believe that well-being is about more than removing a problem; it is about creating a designed outcome that wasn’t there before. The focus is not on “what is wrong” with clients and repairing it, but foremost on their strengths and "what is right" with them. I have combined a unique blend of diverse tools, resources, insights, experiences, and perspectives into an innovative and effective approach that I am passionate about sharing.
