Tissue Salts 101 Pt. 4 🙌
Today I'm talking all about the Potassium or Kali tissue salts.
The three potassium tissue salts are some of the best to work with for nerves, especially when I'm reviewing HTMA results and looking at patterns from a deeper, cellular perspective. ✨
Kali Phos (Potassium Phosphate)— often called the *nerve nutrient*. This is the tissue salt many people think of when they're feeling mentally drained, emotionally overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or simply running on empty. Think stress, burnout, and needing a little extra support for your nervous system.
Kali Mur (Potassium Chloride)— known as the *great cleanser*. Traditionally associated with the body's mucous membranes, glands, and lymphatic system. It's often used when things feel stagnant, congested, or sluggish and the body is looking for support in clearing and restoring balance.
Kali Sulph (Potassium Sulfate)— often called the *oxygen carrier*. This tissue salt is connected to the movement and distribution of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. Traditionally used to support healthy skin, recovery, and those times when symptoms seem to linger or move from one area to another.
One of the things I love most about tissue salts is how gentle and beautiful they are. While they're not a replacement for foundational nutrition, they can be a wonderful complementary tool alongside HTMA testing and mineral balancing work.
✨️Have you worked with any of the Kali remedies before? I'd love to hear which ones you love and use most. ✨
