Spiritual awakening is not becoming something new. It is remembering what you already are beneath conditioning, fear, identity, and separation.

A Kundalini awakening can feel like an inner activation — a rising intelligence that dissolves old patterns, samskaras, illusions, and the false self constructed by the mind. What once felt solid begins to soften. The boundaries between “me” and “everything else” become thinner.

Humanity is moving through a profound shift in consciousness: from separation into unity, from fear into awareness, from the local self into the expanded non-local Self.

The awakening journey is not always comfortable, but it is sacred. It asks us to release who we thought we were so we can embody what we truly are: consciousness itself, expressing through human form. ✨

Sovereign being,

To come into the fullness of who you truly are, you must eventually release all identities — including the identities of victim and victimizer.

This does not mean harm did not occur or that the trauma is not real.
This does not mean grief, healing, somatic work, or therapy are not necessary.
They absolutely have a place.

Shadow work, trauma therapy, somatic healing, grief work, EMDR — these are sacred and important parts of the human journey.

But they are not the final step.

At some point on the path, a deeper realization begins to emerge:

A sovereign being cannot be defined by what happened to them.

At the level of form, painful things happen.
At the level of ego, identities are built around those experiences.
But at the level of the soul, you are not reducible to what you suffered.

The victim identity is one of the most insidious identities because it quietly convinces you that your power lives outside of you.

A sovereign being remembers something else:

My power was never in another person.
My power was never in circumstances.
My power was never in the past.

My power is in my consciousness.
My perception.
My response.
My capacity to choose again.

We are equal in the spiritual plane.
Not equal in behavior, not equal in awareness, not equal in actions — but equal in essence.

Every experience can either become a prison identity
or a doorway into deeper consciousness.

The ego builds identities to survive.
But the soul seeks freedom.

And the final movement on the path is not becoming invulnerable —
it is realizing that who you truly are was never the victim to begin with.

As Eckhart Tolle reminds us, awareness itself is untouched by the stories of the mind.
It watches them come and go like clouds passing through the sky.

And Ram Dass often said that awakening is realizing we are both the witness and the participant in the play of life.

When we remember this, something beautiful happens.

We stop trying to control every external condition.
Instead, we begin to shift the state of being from which we perceive the world.

Because the way we see reality is quietly shaping the reality we experience.

From fear, we see threat.
But from love, we see possibility.

From contraction, we see division.
But from presence, we see unity.

The outer world reflects the inner one. This is spiritual law. This is quantum mechanics.

So, the practice is simple — and endlessly profound:

Return to presence.
Witness the mind.
Anchor into the awareness that is already whole.

From there, reality begins to reorganize itself.

Not through force,
but through clarity of being.

Imagine the effect when millions of beings put this into sincere, dedicated practice, every moment of every day.

One of the great realizations on the spiritual path is that we do not see reality clearly.

We see through conditioning.
Through memory.
Through fear.
Through the stories we have built to survive.

And then we mistake our perception for truth.

But at the level of what is real, nothing can be threatened.

What is real in you cannot be harmed by opinion, rejection, loss, or time.
What is real does not come and go.
What is real does not depend on the world of form to exist.

So any threat we experience is not usually a threat to what we are —
it is a threat to who we think we are.

And that threat is almost always perceived through the lens of fear.

Fear distorts perception.
Fear makes us see enemies where there is confusion.
Attack where there is pain.
Separation where there is shared humanity.

To see clearly is not just a spiritual idea.
It is the beginning of peace.

Because when you begin to see clearly, you realize:

What is real cannot be threatened.
And what can be threatened was never the real you to begin with.

Meditation will not give you what you are seeking.

Because what you are seeking
is what you already are.

You are not the mind.
You are the awareness that knows it.

Every tradition points to the same place:

Within.

Meditation is not attainment.
It is remembrance.

If this resonates, you're already remembering. Let us remember together. May all beings be happy and free.

Follow for reflections on awakening and multidimensional embodiment.

What is the consciousness shift?

It is not a fad, a trend, or mass imagination.

We are at a choice point.

A choice to release our sole identification with form…
and recognize the deep interconnectedness of all phenomena — including ourselves.

An awakening not confined to a single spiritual master sitting atop the Himalayas…
but one unfolding through the masses.

Yet the choice is always made at the level of the individual.

Each sovereign being is invited to release attachment to what they thought they knew.
To approach the emerging paradigm with humility and grace.

To forgive the illusory self we believed ourselves to be —
for its deeds, its blindness, its misperceptions.

To look honestly at the deepest parts of ourselves we keep hidden out of fear of their power.

To forgive even the darkest aspects within.

To meet ourselves with radical honesty, without flinching or turning away.

For the darkness we see outside ourselves
is often a mirror of the most unacknowledged parts of our own psyche.

Separation itself is the illusion.

When we forgive ourselves, we forgive the world.
When we heal, we heal the world.

And eventually we realize:

There was never a separate self at all.

Only Love.

Infinite Love.
