Three sessions in and you're not sure if what you're seeing is real progress.
That uncertainty is common, and you're allowed to name it out loud with your provider.
One of our clients lost 3.5 inches below the navel in 3 CryoCore Release sessions. That's a real, published result, and it's the kind of measurable benchmark you can hold your own progress against. It's a number you can track, no vague promises.
So here's what you're allowed to expect, and what you're allowed to ask for:
→ "Can you show me what progress looks like after three sessions?"
→ "I want to track my measurements before we begin today."
→ "What results should I realistically see by session five?"
→ "Can you explain why my results might differ from someone else's?"
→ "I need to understand what hydration and diet actually change about my outcome."
→ "If I'm not seeing progress, I want to talk about why."
None of these will offend us. If anything, they tell us you're paying attention to your body, which is exactly the relationship we want you to have with your results.
Cryotherapy body sculpting works when the whole process is respected, and that includes your right to ask hard questions along the way. Come see us in Dallas when you're ready to hold your results to a real standard. 🌿
