🚨 “I Don’t Drink… I’m Faithful… So How Did I Get Hepatitis?”

Many people think hepatitis B and C only happen to “certain kinds of people.”
That is dangerously false.

You can look healthy, feel normal, and still carry hepatitis for YEARS while it silently damages your liver.
Some people only discover it when they develop liver failure or liver cancer.

# # # Common REAL-LIFE ways people contract Hepatitis B & C:

⚠️ Sharing clippers at the barbershop
⚠️ Sharing needles or syringes
⚠️ Unprotected s*x
⚠️ Tattoos or piercings done with unsterilized equipment
⚠️ Sharing toothbrushes or razors
⚠️ Blood transfusions done years ago before strict screening became common
⚠️ Accidental needle-stick injuries
⚠️ From mother to baby during childbirth
⚠️ Some manicure/pedicure tools that are not properly sterilized

The scary part?
Many people have NO symptoms early on.

By the time signs appear — swollen abdomen, yellow eyes, severe weakness, vomiting blood — the liver may already be badly damaged.

Protect yourself:

✅ Get tested
✅ Take the Hepatitis B vaccine
✅ Avoid sharing sharp objects
✅ Practice safe s*x
✅ Ensure needles and instruments are sterile

Your liver can stay silent while suffering.
Don’t wait for symptoms before taking hepatitis seriously.

"She must deliver naturally."
Meanwhile the baby is losing oxygen.
The mother is bleeding.
Doctors are begging for an emergency C-section.

But some people still think childbirth is a competition.

Let's say this loudly:
A woman DOES NOT become a "better mother" because she suffered longer.

And refusing a life-saving C-section to "prove faith,"
"prove strength," or "avoid shame" can turn deadly very fast.

Too many women have died because: husbands retused consent
❌family members delayed decisions
* people feared the stigma of C-sections
* social media misinformation convinced them surgery is failure

Here's the truth:
A dead mother cannot breastfeed.
A dead mother cannot raise children.
A dead baby cannot be replaced by motivational quotes about "natural birth."
The goal is NOT to win an award for suffering.

The goal is:
👌a healthy mother
👌a healthy baby
👌everybody going home alive

And before people get angry in the comments:

YES - vaginal delivery is beautiful when safe.
But when complications happen, modern medicine saves lives.
That C-section scar?
Sometimes it is the reason a child still has a mother.

So let's talk:
Should a husband be allowed to refuse a life-saving C-section for his wife?

Your liver is one of the hardest-working organs in your body — but constant damage can slowly turn healthy liver cells into cancer.

Common causes of liver cancer include:

• Chronic hepatitis B or C infection
• Heavy alcohol use
• Fatty liver disease (especially from obesity or diabetes)
• Smoking
• Liver cirrhosis
• Exposure to aflatoxins (toxins from poorly stored grains/nuts)

The scary part?
Liver disease can stay silent for years before symptoms appear.

Protect your liver early:
✔ Limit alcohol
✔ Maintain a healthy weight
✔ Get vaccinated against hepatitis B
✔ Treat hepatitis infections early
✔ Avoid smoking

Your liver can regenerate… but only for so long.
