Policy Clarity – Please Read
To maintain transparency and consistency for all clients, I want to clearly outline my current pricing structure and booking policy.
Promotional rates apply only to appointments booked and completed during the promotional period. Unused time, deposits, and credits have no cash value and are applied as dollar credits only. All future appointments are subject to current rates.
Rates are subject to change at any time based on business costs, including (but not limited to) supplies, studio rent, continuing education, and general operational expenses. My current standard rate is $150 per hour.
However, any unused promotional time already purchased, as well as any additional time needed to complete a tattoo, will be applied as service credit and billed at current standard rates.
If a client books time and does not use the full session, the remaining time is still considered reserved studio time and may be used toward future work as credit, but does not guarantee retention of the original promotional hourly rate.
All future appointments, additions, and extended session time are billed at current pricing regardless of previous promotional purchases
Promotional pricing is only valid during the designated promotional period. After that period ends, all services are charged at current standard rates. Prepaid promotional amounts will be applied as credit, and the client is responsible for any remaining balance required to complete services.
Exception: If an appointment is canceled by the artist during a promotional period and the next available rebooking date falls outside of that promotional window, the client will still be honored at the original promotional rate for the affected session only.
This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and sustainability for both the business and all clients moving forward. Thank you for understanding and supporting my work as I continue to grow and operate from a professional studio space.
