Addictions
If you think and react the same at 50 as you did at 20 you've wasted 30 years of your life.
There are many different types of addictions. Shopping, drinking, drugs, buying car’s and other material things. These are things we do to feel normal and attached to the world we think we are and we are that ego.
The moment you take the drug or drink all of a sudden that feeling goes away. You begin to correlate that change in your feelings with that change. But it is temporary and you know that thing outside of you because now you have become addicted to it. And every time you do it, it takes more and more to get that same feeling.
We have been conditioned our whole life that we have to find the feeling outside of us for us to feel somewhat normal. Every single thing in your external environment, every person that you know, everything that you own, every place that you sleep.
All these things in your external life you have an energetic connection to.
Why?
Because you keep creating the same experience that means it produces the same emotion. Emotion is energy.
Then you begin to bond to everything and everyone in your life.
If you relive those same experiences everyday. Then your energy will be the same everyday. As long as your energy is the same every day. You are bound to your present and past.
Reality in the field of information beyond space and time. You have what your energy that you project in life and how you actually feel.
And as you bond with others you share same experiences. ie, happy or sad. That is the energy you two are bonded by.
When you look at how you feel when you act a certain way you start to UN-memorize how you think by just being aware and firing and wiring new changes of thought.
Every time you UN-memorize an emotion you close the gap of how you project to others and how you really feel.
That liberates energy.
Now you have available energy to create and go from matter to energy.
When how you appear is who you really are then it takes no energy to be you.
As you begin to UN-memorize you are removing the veils and masks that block the flow of divine in you…
It begins to leak out and sneak out of and more through you, move in you and all around you.
It’s nature becomes your nature.
Your mind becomes your new mind with endless possibilities.
Every time you UN-memorize the survival emotions your going from a particle to a wave. Matter to energy!!!
And now you have available energy to begin to command a new future.
Just by un-memorizing the chains of the past. You start to notice your thoughts and your propensities and behaviors.
You are looking at those emotions but you are not investing your energy in it.
You are observing it as you begin to overcome yourself and liberate your self.
Energetically from that emotion you are breaking the bonds to everything and everyone in your known life.
You as the Quantum observer are no longer connected to your past, present reality because you are no longer emotionally bound to it in a field of energy beyond space and time…
Lets say you don't overcome your emotional self. You have an addiction to an emotion and you are using all the people in your life to reaffirm your emotional addiction so you can feel something.
That familiar rush of energy. Addiction is something you can’t stop?
If you are angry, sad or frustrated and I say I know you are really angry but what I really want you to do is just stop right now. Just stop!! What would you say to me?
You would say I can tell you all the reasons I am this way. Whether it is valid. Justified or not. If you can’t stop it, it means you are addicted to it.
So if you are addicted to chocolate and I slide a chocolate cake in front of you, would you agree the moment you saw the cake, by association, you would hear a little voice in your head saying?
Come on just take one bite. Everyone else is eating it. Why don’t you just start tomorrow. Tomorrow is a great day to start anything.
That is the body of the mind trying to unseat you. An addiction is when the body is the mind so if you broke your addiction to chocolate or sugar and I slide that cake in front of you, you could eat it or not eat it. You would have no tug of war with the mind.
But when you are addicted to it, the moment you see it, by association, your body physiologically, chemically and subconsciously, automatically returns to the old state.
So if you are addicted to an emotion and have not overcome your emotional self.
Don’t you know the moment you return back into your life and you see the person that you used to be reaffirm your addiction.
The moment you see or hear them, your body will automatically, chemically and physiologically return back to the old self. Without the conscious might being involved and that is why it is hard to change.
Break your addiction to the emotion and we memorize it. Then you are no longer bound to your same present reality.
You are opening up to waves of possibilities and your life will begin to seem disorderly because it is now time to command matter and observe a new future.
Causing the addictions to collapse into new patterns of information.
You break that addiction to that emotion then you can face your greatest enemy. You will not return back to that old self.
Overcoming yourself at the beginning of the day. Now you no longer have those knee jerk reactions in the same way.
Those emotions do not have control over you, you are conscious of the unconscious mind….
When you cross over the river of change you start to lose your enemy’s because you see your old self in them.
You totally understand them, you don’t take it personally any longer because you have broken that energetic bond.
That is called FREEDOM!!!
When you overcome those survival emotions of anger and aggression, hostility and judgment, fear, anxiety, suffering, guilt and shame. You are liberating energy out of your body.
You are going from particle to wave. Matter to energy.
Now you are creating more energy in your field to design a new destiny.
Your more energy and less matter because you are connected to everyone and every thing in a field of information beyond space and time.
Energetically because you share the same emotions.
Now if you use that energy, you can use it with intention as the hand maiden to begin to observe a new future. The process of change is unlearning and the relearning.
You have to break the habit of the old self.
But you must reinvent a new self.
You better prune synaptic connections and sprout new ones.
Brain waves when you are listening are beta waves. The function of your brain is to create for your outer world and inner world.
There are three levels of beta.
1. Low level Beta – relaxed and paying attention
2. Mid range Beta – surprises, like a pop quiz, low level surprises..
When you are freaked out, angry, hostile, frustrated and fearful you are in high level Beta
3. A high level Beta brain gets very disorganized because you are living in emergency mode all the time.
It is like driving your car in first gear on the freeway.
When you close your eyes and eliminate the external environment and you are no longer picking up data for the outer world.
You are no longer hearing sounds.
You are not moving and feeling things through experiences. There is less stimulation to your brain so you brain waves slow down. When your brain slows down you go in to alpha.
In Alpha the inner world starts getting more real then the outer world. It is the imaginary world.
Theta is when your body is asleep and your mind is awake.
Delta is called deep sleep.
That’s called restorative sleep when your eyes are closed but you see the light in the back of your eyes. That is serotonin. The light sends light to the penal gland and it produces serotonin and that wakes the brain up.
It begins to produce Beta brain wave patterns.
When it gets dark less light is making its way to the penal gland and it produces melatonin.
When you live in a state of stress the brainwaves do something very unusual.
When you sustain a high level of emergency for extended periods of time. The chemicals cause the brain to begin to compartmentalize.
In other words when you are under stress you become selfish and it is all about yourself.
Different communities of neurons are no longer communicating with other communities. They are not joining and sharing information.
The brain becomes divided.
Your brain creates very incoherent messages.
Incoherence is like a group of drummers with no rhythm. All playing at the same time. That is disorder because the brain is now firing asynchronously. It sends a very disintegrated signal down to the central nervous system.
It sends that signal to your immune system, to your cardiovascular system and your digestive system.
Then all of a sudden, your nervous system begins to cause other systems to move out of balance.
Your central nervous system sends and controls all other systems in your body.
Your immune system stops making white blood cells because it can’t get the signal. Its static like a radio station that is not getting a signal to run.
Your central nervous system is always in a state of emergency and it begins to move out of balance causing health problems and disease.
When your brain functions out of balance you are out of balance.
The hormones of stress causes us to think very narrow focused thoughts. (tunnel vision). The more you worry about your problems the more you drive the state of being out of balance and more incoherent then if you start analyzing your problems.
You drive your brain further in to Beta (High level Beta) and more away from the operating system where true change takes place.
When you begin to open your eyes and focus to become aware of the space around you. In space, once you recognize your in that space you are very naturally go into Alpha because your not thinking or analyzing.
You are sensing and your brain waves begin to slow down. When they slow down they get highly synchronized and very orderly. Different parts of the brain start to communicate with each other.
What syncs together links together. It is like a Data circuit. Once its in sync it all of a sudden has available channels and you start to feel more like yourself.
That organized signal sends a message to your immune system and your central nervous system and then all of a sudden the body comes back on line.
Now the drummers are all hitting the same beat together and are in sync.
So coherence is being in balance. Incoherence is thinking, analyzing and worrying.
It creates an out of balance state of being. We have been programmed from a very early age. Watch the car, pay attention, shoes are untied and watch those stairs.
That is emergency focus.
When a baby 0-2 years old have a brain wave of about 0.4 cycles per second. Between 2-6 years old have brain wave patterns in to Theta between 4-8 cycles per second. For the first 6 years of a baby’s life they are completely in their subconscious mind. All information that is coming in is coming in en-coded because they have not developed an analytical mind to analyze.
What the child hears or experiences takes on reality. Big boys don’t cry. Little girls made of sugar and spice and everything nice.
You’re not good at math. You get hit then told that you are loved.
Until your six all is about the inner world.
Now between the ages of 6-12 years the child’s brainwaves begin to pick up.
The child is beginning to develop some analytical skills.
It is beginning to learn the law of the land. As you begin to feel pain you start to pay more attention to the external world. you begin to develop the skill to analyze and you are in.
Alpha is in the imaginary world.
They start to realize that their parents are not as cool as they thought. They start to figure out there is not an Easter Bunny and Santa Claus or a tooth fairy.
A good example if your sitting around in low level Beta.
If your being tested on the book then that is mid-range Beta. High range Beta is twice as high arousal state is in hyperactivity. It is in an imbalanced state and incoherent and no new information can come in to the nervous system that is not equal to that emotion. It is not time to pause and analyze it. Time to run and get out of that environment.
People who lie in high Beta state are generally drug and alcohol abusers. They do this to sedate their body to bring themselves down to a lower level of Beta.
If you are emotional and you are frustrated and impatient what level of brainwaves are you in?
High Beta if you are sitting there and emotional and analyzing your life and trying to figure out why you are frustrated and impatient. Your driving your brain further into Beta then into High Beta. You won’t listen or believe in anything that is not equal to that thought or emotion. This means you won’t be open to thoughts that are not equal to that emotion.
Another example is when you are hungry. As a child and you cry out and you get fed. A negative association is you put your finger on a hot stove and you learn pain. You experiencing pain and you learn to stay away.
These positive and negatives are called habits and behaviors. So for the most part, we are born in our subconscious mind.
At about 10 years of age the mind creates a filter between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. Your conscious mind is 5% of your total mind. It is made up of logic and reasoning. This is where creative abilities come in.
Your subconscious mind is made up of all the positive and negative thinking.
It is 95% of who you are. This is where our habits and behaviors come from. You are always analyzing, positive and negative, good from bad, male from female, past and future. It is an extension of our ego.
When ego is in check it takes care of the body. An example: walk up next to a cliff with a 100’ drop. The ego will say backup so it takes care of the body. Walking down the street, cars are coming, ego says wait til traffic is clear. Get it?
When body is in stress it becomes overly analytical.
The body will take chances. Now we analyze our life. The more we analyze our life the more we become out of balance, and more meditation gets you away from the analytical mind that is what meditation is used for.
Mediation begins to change the negative programs into more positive ones. So as you move beyond the analytical mind.
Meditation helps the brain to change old negative habits and create new ones.
Alpha and Theta are where true changes take place.
We move from Beta – Beta and Alpha represents the conscious mind

To Theta – Theta and Delta represent the conscious mind
To Delta
If you are sensing and feeling then you are not thinking. By sensing or feeling you are slowing down the analytical mind. When you open, you focus your brain gets very organized and opens up for possibilities….
When you trade the idea that thought is more real than anything else, You have a choice to manage your energy properly because where you place your attention is where you place your energy.
So if you put your energy into your emotions you are putting your energy in to the past.
When you put your energy in to the future everyday, you get present with the divine is an awareness and it demands your presence.
Snap judgment of drivers on the road.
Feelings are a group of sensations.
When I have a reaction or snap judgment (example) bad drivers, I feel anxiety. Wanting them to hurry up or use your damn blinker, I feel frustrated or impatient.
Observe the following thought when you feel this way:
What I say when I feel this way. Think Positive thoughts, you want to fire and rewire to change that knee jerk reaction.
List three new behaviors.
Then ask your self do I want to carry that emotion into my future?
Then teach your body the emotions you want to carry into your future.
