She’s not becoming someone new.
She’s remembering who she was before survival mode.

ROOTED: Trust the Ground Beneath You
The first experience in The Wild Woman Series is opening its waitlist.

This is for the woman who is tired of bracing for impact. Tired of living disconnected from her body. Tired of carrying stress, fear, hyper-independence, and emotional survival as her normal.

Together we’ll explore:
✨ nervous system regulation
✨ safety within the body
✨ grounding practices
✨ healing the root chakra
✨ reconnecting to your feminine energy, voice, and truth

A space to soften, to breathe, to come home to yourself.

The Wild Woman Series begins this June.
Waitlist is now open

Avoidance may protect us temporarily…
but it also keeps us stuck.

Healing begins the moment we stop running from what hurts and start gently turning toward it instead. Toward the grief. anger. fear.
disappointment. shame.

Not to stay trapped in it —
but to finally move through it.

Some of us were taught to suppress, numb, distract, overwork, people-please, or stay “strong.” Unprocessed emotions don’t disappear.
They live in the body.
In the nervous system.
In our patterns.

You need to feel it to heal it.
That doesn’t mean drowning in emotion.
It means creating enough safety within yourself to sit with what’s real, honor it, and allow it to move.

Healing is presence, honesty, learning you can survive your feelings without abandoning yourself.

Vibration Plate 101 for Nervous System:
Stick to levels 1-3 (this is great for lymphatic stimulation & won't send your nervous system into sympathetic/fight or flight), do 5-7 rounds of breaths before & after. Keep knees slightly bent. Do some lymphatic moves while on it & some deep belly breaths.

In somatic work, we don’t force release.
We create safety so release becomes possible.

1:1 treatments support this release process. Wait list is open for May, now booking June.
