Back in October 2021, we a minor fire in the back warehouse area: the good news is the pallet that caught fire was self-contained and under control quickly. However, the store sustained moderate smoke damage. Danville fire department were quick to the scene & made sure everything was safe. The store was unoccupied at the time except for our mascot and greeter, Gracie. Unfortunately, she inhaled too much smoke and did not survive. Animal Medical Center did what they could & I’m grateful for their care as well as over the years. She was approaching her 10th birthday.

For the last several months, a major cleanup/restoration has been going on. If you haven’t been by yet, I look forward to showing off the “new “look.
