Such a lovely morning at Kaia Old Greenwich 💜

We gathered for Align for Alzheimer’s Awareness 🧠 as part of Paint the Town Purple Week, with Clare Carroll and Lissa Palermo leading us through a practice focused on movement and brain health.

One student shared:

“Clare was so knowledgeable about movement and the health of our brains, while Lissa’s hands-on adjustments helped us get into the poses for maximum benefit.”

💫 We're thrilled to welcome David Hollander into our space to teach this exciting workshop!

💫 David has been teaching yoga for over 25 years in NYC and in workshops around the country.

💫 David's workshop will start with a guided class all moving together and evolve into individualized practice where each person begins to develop a personal practice and study of the system. Breathing exercises and meditation will be offered after the asana class for all who are interested.
