InZone Athletics Dedicated to helping athletes reach the next level through training techniques, nutrition and health I decided to prove them wrong.

After suffering from 2 knee surgeries in 2 years, I told myself I would not only come back the same, but stronger. I had been told by many, including doctors and trainers, that I would never be the same. One doctor even told me I would never play the sport I l

oved again. I knew that the only way to succeed was to put in hard work and become resilient. I look at my two injuries, including a tear to my right ACL, as a blessing in disguise.
