We know that's not actually true, but the sentiment makes us smile.

In a culture that often encourages people to track, measure, and optimize everything they eat, it's easy to forget that food serves a purpose beyond nutrition.

Meals bring people together.

They create opportunities for conversation, connection, celebration, and community.

Wellness Insights Integrative Medicine is currently seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator to join our practice in Darien, CT.

This role is much more than scheduling appointments and answering phones. It is about helping create the experience our patients feel from the moment they connect with our practice.

Our team is committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized care, and we believe every interaction matters. From welcoming patients into the office to supporting providers behind the scenes, the Patient Experience Coordinator plays an important role in creating a seamless, supportive, and compassionate experience.
