Empowering Abilities At Empowering Abilities, we support people with disabilities at home, at work and the community. Empowering Abilities helps people achieve those goals.

People with disabilities have the same fundamental rights and needs as everyone else. They want to be loved, to feel worthy, and to be part of their community. By being consumers, employees, taxpayers, and neighbors, Empowering Abilities participants achieve a sense of belonging. From the work they do, they experience pride and satisfaction for doing a job well and being rewarded by a paycheck. By

living in the community, they learn what it's like to pay bills and how to be a responsible citizen and a good neighbor.

⚾ A night at the ballpark! 💙

There’s something special about spending an evening at the ballpark—the excitement in the stands, cheering on the home team, and making memories together.

Our Endeavor Living participants recently headed to Modern Woodmen Park to catch a Quad Cities River Bandits game! From taking in all the action on the field to enjoying the ballpark atmosphere together, it was an evening filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of team spirit. ⚾🙌

Experiences like these are about so much more than baseball. They’re opportunities to get out in the community, spend time with friends, try something different, and simply enjoy a great night together.

💦 A little water + a lot of laughter = the perfect day at Daily Discovery East! 🎈☀️

Things got a little splashy at Daily Discovery East during a water balloon fight! From colorful balloons flying through the air to big smiles and plenty of laughter, participants and staff enjoyed some friendly competition and a whole lot of fun.

It was one of those simple moments that turned into a great memory—spending time together, enjoying the sunshine, and making the most of every splash. 💙
