So there will be some changes to operations at The Spicy Brain Tattoo.

Not really a change with this one but more inforced...Deposits...deposits are set to insure your spot is held for your tattoo. Deposits come off the price of the tattoo. Deposits are non refundable. 1 reschedule will be allowed ( unless discussed). No shows forfeited the deposit.

Soon I will be bringing in a manager. Someone who can help out with booking advertising and marketing. This person will be setting appointments and talking to clients. I am not good at any of this and honestly it stresses me out so this will help to be able to focus on the tattoo and not have to do all other things.

Pretty much the biggest change will be with some clients. I will be honest after how this convention went with certain people who i went above and beyond for and when asked just to show up so I could enter in some pieces I got the run around or the i forgot. These people had a perfect memory when it was time to come in on my days off to get their work. I put forth alot of time and money to keep the shop going and im not going to be taken advantage of any longer. I will no longer be asked for the "hook up " from people and when they get what they want I never hear from them again unless its to ask for more free stuff while promoting and paying other artist now i dont want that taken as i dont want people going to other artist. Go get your tattoo you want but dont be hitting me up for free s**t while promoting and paying other artist. I have a huge problem saying no to people cause I just want people to like and help me get this place out there. But that opens the door to be taken advantage of. So by bringing on someone who has no problems saying no is a huge help for me.

I know this will upset some people and I will lose some people but in all honesty this has to happen to insure I can keep the shop going. But its also going to show me who are my true friends and supporters and who are just around to grab what they can.....

First I want to start this for everyone who has done a raffle with me thank you.....

But it seems that there was some issues with the last one.

One was i didn't post a video of the drawing. Ok I will agree with that but I was also working and did not have a whole lot of time so that one i will take and apologize for but also people need to realize I am a one man operation and I try to do the best I can with keeping up on things.

Now to the people who said I just pick my friends when I do a raffle is false. Yes the person who won has been a long time friend of mine and she paid in just like everyone else and she just happened to pick the right number. I use a random number generator app and it picks the numbers for me. I did not cheat anyone and again I should have posted a video but like I said i was working and trying to keep up.

Now I said no more raffle and some people reacted to it saying not to stop doing them. So if I do another there are some rules to follow

Do not just send money message me confirm with me and pick number. I had people just send money not pick any numbers then get mad at the number they got put into

If you feel how I do things is rigged I have a simple solution....don't enter. I do this for two reasons.. i know times are tight so people being able to get work and not spend a ton of money. I also do it to reach people i have never worked on and have them check out my shop even if they don't enter. A raffle is a game of chance and not everyone is a winner and like I said before if its not for you then don't enter

With some of the comments and things said I will just let everyone know i will not be doing another raffle again. I use a random number generator to pick the number and try to keep it as fair as possible. To avoid any more issues I will not do any more raffle in the future
