GentleYoga- a relaxing and slower paced class that is non-strenuous, focused on stretching and breathing rather than strength or extreme flexibility. Vinyasa Yoga- a dynamic flow style class linking movement to the breath with a focus on strengthening and deeper flexibility. Knowledge of basic yoga poses is preferred. Chair Yoga- chair yoga is done sitting with some standing poses usi
ng the chair for support, making yoga accessible to everyone. It is a perfectly balanced class for gently strengthening and relaxing stretches. Restorative Yoga- all about ultimate relaxation, using props to support your body. Each pose is gentle and held about 5-10 minutes to calm and restore the nervous system while slowly releasing tension. Lymphatic Detox Yoga- this class helps restore the lymphatic system by promoting better circulation, relieving tension, and supporting detox. Perfect balance of energizing and gently opening the body. Tai Chi- The ultimate purpose of tai chi is to cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body. Total harmony of the inner and outer self comes from the integration of mind and body, empowered through healthy qi through the practice of tai chi. Beginner Hatha Yoga- New to Yoga?
