Since 2003, we've been in the same building in Davie, and the question we still get asked most is...

"Which one should I take?"

Fair question.

We make this stuff.

We should be able to answer it.

Here's the part most supplement companies won't say out loud.

Most people aren't buying bad products.

They're buying too many.

A fat burner stacked on a pre-workout that already has stimulants.

Two proteins.

A "test booster" that's mostly filler.

Four tubs doing the job of two.

The aisle is built for that.

Every product on the shelf solves a problem you didn't know you had until you read the label.

Four questions.

About a minute.

You don't have to give us an email to start it.

It asks what you train for, what you've already tried, and what's actually going wrong.

Then it names the two or three products that fit and tells you which ones to skip.

Sometimes that means recommending less than you came for.

That's fine.

We'd rather be right and still be here for you in 2028.

Same building, same family, two decades.

The only thing that's ever worked for us is telling people the truth about what they actually need.

Fair question we got back: "Okay, but why should we believe yours?"

It's a lot harder to hide things when you're the one making them.

Most supplement brands are marketing companies renting somebody else's factory.

They couldn't post this photo if they wanted to.

It's not a glamorous building.

There's no visitor center.

Some days it's just us, a pallet jack, and a lot of protein.

Anybody can print "MAXIMUM STRENGTH" on a front.

The back.

The panel.

You're looking for two words: "Proprietary Blend."

If you find them, put it down.

Those two words are legal permission to not tell you the doses.

A blend listed at 6,000 mg can be 5,900 mg of the cheap filler and 100 mg of the thing you actually bought it for.

Perfectly legal.

Extremely common.

Impossible to catch unless you know to look.

Here's the whole test...

Four things, four seconds!

1. Is every dose printed?

If an amount isn't on the panel, you don't know if it's a real dose or a sprinkle.

2. Any "proprietary blend"?

It exists to hide ratios. That's its only job.

3. What's the serving size?

Some brands split one dose across two or three scoops so the label reads stronger than the tub really is.

4. Where was it made?

Look for cGMP.

That's it.

Run it on us.

Run it on whatever's in your cupboard right now.

Run it on the tub you were about to buy.

Here's a consumer guide that works on every supplement brand on the shelf.

Including ours. Especially ours.

1. Is every dose printed?

If an ingredient's amount isn't on the panel, you can't know whether it's a real dose or a sprinkle for the label.

2. Does it say "proprietary blend"?

Totally legal. Extremely common. It exists for one reason, and that's to hide how much of each thing you're actually getting.

3. What's the serving size?

Some brands split one dose across two or three scoops, so the label looks stronger than the tub really is. Check how many servings you're actually buying.

4. Where was it made?

Look for cGMP-compliant manufacturing. It's the baseline, and plenty of products don't clear it.

That's it.

Four questions, about ninety seconds, and you'll never be talked into a bad tub again.
