Global Cranial Evaluation is what makes this course different from every other cranial class you have taken. It is not a technique. It is a road map. It gives you the ability to see the entire three dimensional subluxation pattern at once so that when a baby who cannot latch is sitting in front of you, you are not guessing. You know exactly what you are looking at and why feeding is failing.

Subluxation is almost never on the list when a baby is struggling to breastfeed. Not in the hospital. Not in the pediatrician’s office. Not even in most lactation consultations. But it is present every single time. The structures required for a functional latch are all directly influenced by cranial and cervical subluxation patterns. The families in your community need someone who knows this. The Anatomy of Breastfeeding seminar is available in-person and online.

When a baby can’t breastfeed normally, subluxation is present. Not most of the time. Every single time.

The structures required for a functional latch are all directly influenced by cranial and cervical subluxation patterns. When the system is off, feeding suffers. No amount of positioning coaching fixes a structural problem. This is what I teach, and it is the piece that changes how you see every infant case that walks through your door.

I’m not here to replace the technique you love or the instructors who taught you. What this course does differently is the evaluation piece. Global Cranial Evaluation is the road map most cranial training never gives you. The entire three dimensional pattern, why it affects latch, suck, seal, and transfer, and exactly how to remove it. You leave with the clinical skills, the vocabulary, and the confidence to actually show up for these families in a way that changes outcomes.

Are you trying to help breastfeeding families but just not getting the results you want? You’re doing the work. You’re adjusting. You care deeply about these babies. But something feels like it’s missing and you can’t quite put your finger on it.

Most of the time, what’s missing is the road map. Not the technique. Not more cranial classes. The ability to see the entire three dimensional pattern at once and know exactly why feeding is failing. That is what Global Cranial Evaluation gives you. When the atlas subluxates, you see what it does to the temporal bones, the jaw, the palate, the hypoglossal canal, all of it, all at once. You stop guessing. You start knowing.

You learned the occiput. You learned the sphenoid. You learned how each bone moves. And it was useful information. But when a baby who can’t latch is sitting in front of you, segmental knowledge doesn’t give you a clear picture of what to do next. Global Cranial Evaluation does. It shows you the whole pattern, in three dimensions, and exactly how to remove it systematically. This is not another cranial technique class. This is the evaluation process that makes everything you already know actually work in practice.

The AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) and the ABM (Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine) are now calling for providers to rule out other causes of feeding dysfunction before recommending surgery. The door is opening wider for our profession than it ever has and I could not be more encouraged by that.

But we have to be skilled enough to walk through it.

Subluxation is almost never on the list when a baby is struggling to breastfeed. This course changes that. The Anatomy of Breastfeeding gives you the entire three dimensional picture, why it affects latch, suck, seal, and transfer, and exactly how to find it, communicate it, and remove it systematically. This is not a replacement for the cranial classes you’ve already taken, it’s an add on.

The families in your community need someone who knows this. I would love for that someone to be you.
