We bring together Intuitive Bodywork, Reiki, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound and Movement to create a holistic experience. Ohm-Zone is a local holistic wellness center in Otisville, MI. We're located in the Millennium Physical Therapy Plaza and offer bodywork, energy work, hypnosis, fitness classes and other community-enhancing classes in a space others have claimed has "great energy". Come find out

for yourself by attending one of our fairs or festivals, a class, sound bath or just dropping in when you're nearby!

This week will be an amazing energy week with the Lunar Eclipse and full moon coming at the end of the week!

It's time to cut people, places and things out of your life that just "don't fit" any longer to make room for the things you want to manifest or bring into your life at the full moon.

Jim is back with his Beginner's Yoga Class. Learn the basics including poses and postures, breathwork and even the original Sanskrit names for them.

Full Moon Drumming & Meditation (with a twist!) Join us for a fun one hour drumming to bring in the energies of the full moon! Pam will also guide you in a short Manifestation/Intention Setting meditation to plant those seeds and bring what you want into your life.

Appointments for Intuitive Bodywork & Energy Healing are also available with Pam this week and Evie has appointments open for an evening Tarot or Oracle Reading and guidance.
