PSA: We are a collective of diverse leaders, educators, artists, and healing practitioners coming together to create welcoming spaces and develop a culture of belonging. We honor spiritual and cultural practices from around the globe with a foundational value of interfaith. We are a community of learning and community of practice grounded in cultural humility and shared exploration.

Our leaders are sovereign in their beliefs and their individual views are not necessarily reflective of our diverse core. Our shared belief is in the practice of sovereignty in community so although some of our yoga practitioners have made personal decisions to shift into more of a mindful movement practice for their sense of inclusiveness and spiritual authenticity, the HeArt as a collective is not anti-yoga, anti-Christian, or anti any other religious or spiritual group. We still welcome you to come as you are- as long as you respect our space and everyone inside 🫶🏽
