I've only had 2 registrations for Art as Meditation for tomorrow and no registrations for the Energy & Intention Circle for Sunday so I'm canceling both offerings.

My studio will be open tonight for First Friday, 5-9pm and tomorrow from 11-4. There is a lot happening at Front Street this weekend so be sure to check it out!

I can’t believe we will be entering October this week! And that means all the happenings at Front Street art Studios including mine!

My friend and fellow artist Alejandro Alex Moreda with Moreda Rocks and I will be set up in my studio for First Friday this week! And weather permitting, I’ll be outside playing with bubbles!

Then on Saturday morning I’ll be hosting Art as Meditation in the studio from 10am-noon! Register at www.TLCWithin.org!

The studio will remain open Saturday from noon-4pm for the Saturday shoppers!

And Sunday evening I’ll be facilitating our Energy & Intention meditation circle from 6-7pm! During this hour we engage in a meditation practice based on the work of Joe Dispenza and Lynn McTaggert. Check it out! Register at www.TLCWithin.org.

We are approaching the first weekend and that means it’s time to engage your spiritual practice at TLC Within!

This coming Saturday, Sept. 6, I will be hosting our Art as Meditation session from 10-noon! Please register at https://tlcwithin.org so I can prepare materials and make sure I have enough for those attending.

And Sunday evening, Sept. 7th from 6-7, you are welcome to join me in an Energy & Intention Circle where we gather with the intention to heal ourselves, others, and the Earth by joining hearts and minds in a meditation practice based on the work of Joe Dispenza, Lynn McTaggert, and others.

Good Morning,

I'm a little late getting this message out, but I hope you are all well and enjoying the summer despite the heat! It looks like the weather is going to break Thursday so I'm looking forward to a few cooler days!

This week I will be hosting our Art as Meditation session on Saturday from 10-noon! Please register at https://tlcwithin.org so I can prepare materials and the space for those attending.

Unfortunately, I will not be holding the Energy and Intention Circle on Sunday evening again this month as I'm working a new job and I'm scheduled to work all day Sunday and that day is also my girl's birthday so I'd like to spend the evening celebrating with her since that will be my first chance to do to so.

This weekend at Front Street Art Studios is big doings! It is the annual ARTEBRATION event and there will be a lot of things happening around campus all weekend. That being said, I have decided to cancel Art as Meditation at the TLC Within Studio this Saturday because I don't think the atmosphere will be conducive to meditation, though I absolutely recommend you come down to Front Street Studios (1001 E. 2nd St., 45402) and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor artists, vendors, music, food trucks, 70 mural artists, and other happenings both Friday night from 5-9pm and Saturday from 11am-4pm! Happy Spring!

I'm looking forward to the first weekend of April at TLC Within studio! If you are desiring some time for play, renewal, and meditation I hope you will consider joining me for one or more of the first weekend offerings.

Art as Meditation - Saturday, April 5th from 10am-Noon!
This is a time to let go of the rational mind and touch into our innate desire, ability, and need to play. Play reignites our curiosity and relaxes the body and mind, allowing the spirit to come forward. Art as meditation allows us to observe the inner dialogue and practice non-attachment to the story we find ourselves telling, freeing us to be fully present to what is, as it is, in the present moment. Cultivating that ability is the foundation of peace not only for ourselves, but for the whole of society and our world.
