Join us at Wells & Co. Custom Tattoo Shop, a building sitting on land tied to one of Dayton’s darkest and most unsettling chapters. The building is scheduled for demolition in May, making this a rare opportunity to explore a location that will soon be gone forever.

During our recent visit, we experienced constant movement throughout the building. The owners have reported unexplained activity for years, objects flying off walls, doors opening and closing on their own, and multiple instances of hair being pulled by unseen hands.

This location is believed to sit on land once occupied by the home of Dayton’s first known serial k*ller, making it not only active, but historically significant.
