Lately, so many people I talk to are feeling overwhelmed.

Constant stimulation. Mental fatigue. Stress sitting in the body. Difficulty slowing down—even when we desperately need rest.

That’s exactly why we created Sound + Art: A Sunday Reset.

This isn’t about productivity, or needing to “do” anything perfectly. It’s an afternoon designed to help your nervous system soften.

Through guided sound, your body is invited into a deeper state of rest—the kind of rest many of us rarely reach in everyday life. Sound can help quiet mental chatter, release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of grounding and calm.

After the sound experience, we’ll move into a gentle, meditative creative practice where you’ll create your own finger labyrinth—a simple tool for reflection, grounding, and clarity that you can continue using long after the event.

No artistic experience needed. No pressure. Just space to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with yourself for a few hours. 🌿
