Congratulations to our August patient of the month! Here is what Andy shared with us about his experience:
“I came to a Holten Wellness Center dealing with a severe herniated disc. The pain on my right side was intense and would travel all the way down the back of my knee. It made everyday tasks like lifting, twisting, climbing and standing extremely difficult. I ended up being on light duty for several months. I also couldn’t do the things I enjoyed like fishing, walking, kayaking, and riding my motorcycle. My doctor told me I had probably been dealing with this issue for about 15 years without realizing it.

Since starting treatment at Holten Wellness Center, I have seen a huge improvement. My lower back pain has decreased, my strength and mobility have improved, and I am able to do normal activities again. The best part is being able to get back to the hobbies I love, like fishing, kayaking, hiking and riding my motorcycle. I’m truly thankful for the team at Holten Wellness Center and everything they have done to help me get back to living my life.”

Thank you Andy for becoming an important part of the Holten family!

Congratulations to our July Patient of the month!

Here is what he had to share about his experience here at Holten Wellness Center.

“I woke up one morning in late February 2026 with severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. I had not experienced any chronic back pain prior to this so it felt like it came out of nowhere! It was the worst pain I had ever experienced! After days of living with increasing pain that was limiting my ability to work on site, drive, or enjoy any social activities, I visited Holten Wellness Center and was sent to have an MRI revealing I had a herniated disc in my neck among a couple other issues. Dr. Holten and his team established a treatment program just for me.
Working with Holten Wellness Center to recover has been a great experience. Now that I am practically pain free, I have gone back to doing the things I love such as hiking, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. The staff is awesome and the program works! I highly recommend Holten Wellness Center!”
