What could be sweeter than cotton candy? Baby goats! We had a delightful visit with Autumn and Stav, two 6-week-old Nigerian Dwarf goats from Gilliams Greenish Acres, and read an engaging story about the invention of the cotton candy machine, complete with samples.

Our friends had a little too much fun whacking the human piñata on Cinco de Mayo, especially once they realized the harder they whacked the more candy they got.

Joan’s horse Deliberate Stride took home the purse from Kauhale Racecourse! We also enjoyed mint juleps mocktails/cocktails and pimento cheese sandwiches. Stay tuned for our next race at Centerville Stakes, Saturday the 16th to see who will win the second leg of our Triple Crown series.

Our Easter Eggstravaganza event was a huge hit, as our residents worked tirelessly in March to fill almost 2,000 eggs with candies and toys. Ranger Vic's performance, complete with pocket magic and balloon twisting, was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The face painting activity was a huge success among guests of all ages. The event offered a variety of snacks and a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny, making it a truly special community experience.

Who let the dogs out?!? Tails were wagging at our Mardi Gras Pawrade, we had a great time parading around with our four-legged friends, followed by king cake, hurricanes, and entertainment by Matt Tolentino. Congratulations to our Mardi Gras King Carl; he found the baby in the king cake.

Our Sweethearts Dinner shone bright with love, as our couples indulged in a superb dinner set to the breathtaking sounds of harpist Leah Estes.
