💗 October is PINK, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month can be overwhelming. For some, it’s a celebration of survival. For others, it’s a reminder of loss, fear, or battles still being fought.

And sometimes, all that pink is just too much. 💕

You don’t have to be strong, positive, or inspirational every day.

Behind all the Foobie sass is someone who genuinely cares. Whether you have questions, need support, or just someone to listen, I’m here. 💗

My Scrubs & Beyond is closing and selling EVERYTHING… and apparently I cope with sadness by buying the mannequin. 😂😭

I’m genuinely sad to see the store close, but now this girl is coming home with me and I need to figure out her next chapter.

So… what should I do with her?! 👀
Foobie sidekick? Breast-health education model? Seasonal outfits? Pure chaos?

Drop your best ideas because clearly I’ve already made one questionable decision. 😂💕

Trust the process. 💗

There have been late nights, ridiculous obstacles, and plenty of moments where I wanted to throw the whole thing out the window. But I keep going because I know what I’m building matters, and huge things are coming for Foobs On The Loose.

At the center of all of it is my mom. Her journey changed how I see breast health, advocacy, fear, and strength. She is the reason I keep creating, pushing, and trying to make this space better.

So I’m trusting the process, even when the process is a pain in the ass. 😂

Big things are coming. And Mom, this is because of you. 💗

🎀 October 1 = Feel It on the First + the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Wear the pink. Share the ribbons. Dance in the giant b**b. 😂 But remember, breast health doesn’t clock out on November 1.

Know your normal. Check yourself. Notice changes. Speak up.

And before you buy the pink-ribbon-covered everything, make sure those dollars are actually helping the people and programs they claim to support.

For survivors, previvors, and anyone who finds October emotionally loud, protect your peace. 💗

Now go feel your b**bs, foobs, chest, scars, whatever you’ve got.

But ya know….the real star is the Dempsey Center and the incredible support they provide to people impacted by cancer and their families.

Fall is officially here 🍂 and while everyone else is reaching for sweaters and pumpkin spice, I’m over here missing my happy place. ☀️💦

Give me sunshine, warm days, and my pool over crunchy leaves any day. Summer, you were way too short. 💗

Foobie says keep the pumpkin spice. She prefers her foobs poolside. 😂👙

My Maine Family. 💗

A whole lot of selfies, even more stories, big hugs, nonstop laughs, and some of the best humans I know.

Somewhere between showing up for an incredible cause and laughing entirely too much, these people became family.

Every selfie has a story. Some are sweet, some are hilarious, and some are probably better left in Maine. 😂💗

These are my people, and they’re a huge part of why I keep coming back.

Foobie showed up for the Dempsey Challenge and apparently I was the responsible adult. 🩺😂💙

Being a provider for this event means more than just keeping people safe. It means caring for people while they walk, run, and ride for someone they love, miss, or are fighting beside.

Big hearts, tired legs, a little chaos, and a whole lot of purpose. Basically a perfect day for Foobie to be on the loose.

Proud as hell to support the Dempsey Center.

Cancer sucks. Community kicks ass. 💙🩷
