What is Pilates?

Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s; it is a low-impact mind-body exercise system focused on core strength, muscle control, flexibility, and proper posture.

Pilates emphasizes controlled, precise movements and conscious breathing to tone the body and stabilize the spine.

With using deep breathing practices and proper alignment you will feel the body fully engaged.

Practice Pilates to align your spine and everything else will follow.
