Hi, I’m Zakiya

I started Maximental Massage because I know firsthand how easy it is to ignore your body while trying to keep up with life. Stress becomes normal. Tension becomes normal. Being tired all the time becomes normal. And eventually, the body starts speaking up in ways we can’t ignore anymore.

Massage therapy became something I genuinely connected with because it gave me the opportunity to help people feel lighter physically, mentally, and emotionally. I love creating a space where clients can step away from everything for a second and simply focus on themselves without guilt.

With Maximental Massage, I also wanted to challenge people to truly maximize their mental through massage therapy. To expand the way we think about wellness, self care, and what healing can actually look and feel like outside of the usual comfortable norms.

I teach my clients that massage experiences are more than just appointments. They are moments of self discovery. Every session becomes an opportunity to learn what your body has been holding onto, what areas need attention, and how intentional touch can create real shifts within the body and mind.

We are experiencing the power of touch in real time while discovering what pressure, technique, breath, and body awareness can target, release, and restore. Sometimes the body needs deep work. Sometimes it needs softness. Sometimes it simply needs permission to relax.

My goal is always to create an experience that feels intentional, grounding, and restorative from beginning to end. A space where clients feel safe enough to release tension, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling more aligned than when they arrived.

Due to the recent increase in booking inquiries and client communication volume, our previous business number has unfortunately experienced technical issues and is no longer able to properly support the level of correspondence needed for Maximental Massage.

To continue creating a smoother, more organized, and intentional client experience, Maximental Massage will now be transitioning to EMAIL-ONLY communication for all booking-related inquiries and appointment correspondence moving forward.
