Good morning, black coffee in my favorite cup got for my birthday last year. Don’t eat until noon, so this and water until then. 201.5 this morning, almost in the 190s. Hoping get there by end of the month.

56 at the beach exactly 4 years ago, 60 today and 90 lbs lighter. Who looks healthier? Hopefully new me 😁

Get that sunlight in if possible. Correction: On last meal of the day at 6pm going with 3 eggs not 2, that way still get my 8 in on the day and 58g of protein. Meal #1 58g, #2 50g should have been 4 oz beef liver not 2, #3 58g for total of around 168g. Realized watching video bad case of turkey neck from loose skin ugh, hopefully that will tighten up over time with fasting.
