🍂✨ A Belated Celebration of Our September Employee of the Month! ✨🍂

We may be a little late sharing this recognition, but we certainly don't want to miss the opportunity to celebrate someone who deserves it!

Please join us in congratulating Alissa, our September Employee of the Month!

Alissa has been part of the AccelHealth family for five years and continues to demonstrate what it means to be dependable, consistent, thorough, and committed to our patients.

One of the nominations we received for Alissa shared a wonderful example of her dedication. When a patient was at risk of running out of an important medication after losing insurance coverage, Alissa didn't stop when the first option wasn't available. She continued making calls, exploring resources, and working with our community pharmacy partners to find a solution.

Even during a busy time of day, Alissa took the extra time to advocate, problem-solve, and make sure the patient had the support they needed.

That is what going the extra mile looks like.

Sometimes the most meaningful parts of our work happen outside of our normal daily responsibilities. It's in those moments when we pause, find a solution, advocate for our patients, and truly care for the person in front of us that we make a lasting difference.

Please join us in congratulating Carmen, our Employee of the Month!

Carmen received an incredible SIX nominations from her coworkers, a testament to the impact she makes every day across our organization.

Her colleagues consistently praised her for going above and beyond for both patients and teammates. Whether stepping in when staffing is short, lending a helping hand, or doing whatever is needed to keep the day running smoothly, Carmen approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and a servant's heart.
