If you’re tired of pouring money into the supplement routine, here’s the part most people miss: once you’re educated, this becomes a very cost-effective system.

Your horse's lymphatic system is a silent superhero—no pump, no pressure, just gravity and movement. Without deliberate activation, lymph pools and stagnates.

That's why I obsess over harnessing it with functional taping. It's not magic—it's biomechanics.

**The Science:**

Your horse has six major lymph basins (shoulder, elbow, stifle, hock, inguinal, cervical). Lymphatic vessels collect cellular debris, excess fluid, metabolic waste, and immune cells from every tissue. Unlike blood (which has the heart pumping 24/7), lymph depends entirely on muscle contraction and movement.

Here's where it gets really interesting: the lymphatic system IS your horse's immune system. It's packed with lymphocytes, macrophages, and immune cells that fight infection, process pathogens, and regulate inflammatory responses.
