This reminded me of my favorite Maya Angelou quote has always been: “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Are kind words your default or are you the first to come with a sarcastic comment or cut others down. It may be difficult to believe or not but once upon a time I didn't know there was another way. I only knew the instant reaction. I hurt a lot of people.

Through some pretty efficient belief work and studies I learned to break free from those thoughts and began to incorporate the studies on neuroplasticity and essential oils into my daily life. This disrupted my belief cycle and I began to choose my reaction instead of it being an automated response. Now I teach others to do the same things. We've seen dozens of successful trainings and breakthroughs.
