Serenity Healing Arts is a holistic wellness company offering Reiki Energy Healing and Restorative Yoga to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We provide you with the support you need to achieve optimal wellness and balance in your life. Serenity Healing arts is also involved in collaborating with local nonprofits and wellness colleagues organizing events to bring awareness to, and

offer free or discounted wellness services to the Atlanta & Decatur community. Susanne is an Usui Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher & Certified in Yoga Nidra. The collaboration of Yoga and Reiki allows her to bring your body, mind and energy back into balance.

About Legacy Park: Legacy Park is Decatur’s newest and largest park, a 77 acre gift of forest, wetlands, meadows, and history. Home to 19 local non-profits, this oasis grows programs, partnerships, and resources that create and support a positive legacy for Decatur, including particular focus on housing attainability, community-building, and the environment.

Thank you to everyone who joined or donated.

So grateful to spend the night supporting Trellis HTA 🌱and the amazing work they’re doing. We learned about Ayurveda from cathyreads , got to completely relax with a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice, and enjoyed being in such a welcoming community.

A big thank you to Compassionate Atlanta and Legacy Park for hosting such a special event and bringing everyone together. My heart is full, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. ✨

Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance uses the power of gardening and nature to enrich the lives of people living with disabilities by providing purpose, fostering independence, and creating community. Disability, illness and other barriers to full health and well-being can result in lives that are disconnected from nature with limited opportunities for social recreation with a purpose. Garden Therapy in a supportive and safe environment can be a source of motivation that promotes inclusion, rebuilds community connections, and empowers through hands-on learning.

Frank Hamilton School is a place where people of all ages can come together to share, learn, and celebrate music. Based on the idea that music is a natural birthright shared by everyone, the school strives to make learning accessible and enjoyable, bringing students and teachers together in a caring and supportive musical community.

We support the amazing work of L’Arche Atlanta because belonging is in the heart of all they do and who they are.

On Thursday March 19, we are gathering at Legacy Park for an accessible Yoga Nidra and sound experience designed for Every-Body. Participants may lie down, sit in a chair, or remain in a wheelchair. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

All proceeds from this event support L’Arche Atlanta and our mission of building community among people with and without disabilities.

📚The Decatur Education Foundation (DEF) is a non-profit organization in Decatur, Georgia, that works to ensure all students in City Schools of Decatur have the resources to succeed by removing barriers, providing opportunities, supporting educators, and strengthening community initiatives. It connects people and resources to solve challenges related to inequity, poverty, and lack of support, offering programs like scholarships, innovation grants for teachers, and essential needs support for students facing homelessness or food insecurity.
