I hope y’all know how much I love all y’all, 🫶🏽 cause I’m pretty sure I just got robbed. 😂💸💸💸

An hour-long wait on hold to the Nursing Board for a conversation with someone who clearly only had enough authority to make an IT ticket, creating a second account to manage my Establishment License, five different documents that they already have, incorrect late fees (I paid them, but pretty sure I’ll never get them back), and 3+ hours of my life I will never get back. ⏳

Let’s hope🤞🏽they accept the application and I can get this squared away before I have to renew the next one in August 😳
