Some people come into a program wanting to lose weight. Some come wanting confidence. Sadie came wanting to gain confidence… and she was able to gain that and so much more.

Under Coach Jason’s leadership, Sadie transformed not just physically, but mentally. She got stronger. She toned her body. She lost weight. And somewhere through all the hard days, discipline, and consistency… she found a new level of confidence within herself.

One of the proudest moments was seeing her win Prom Queen. Not because of a crown, but because of the confidence she carried while wearing it.

What made this journey even more special was the handwritten letter she gave Coach Jason expressing how much she appreciated him for helping guide her through this process. That’s what this is really about. Changing lives. Building confidence. Creating moments people never forget.

Proud of you Sadie. And proud of Coach Jason for continuing to lead people to places they once thought were impossible.

New virtual client came all the way from Florence for her assessment and I truly appreciate her trusting PGR with her journey.

People don’t have to spend their time, money, or energy with you, so I never take support like that for granted.
