Individualized Leisure Activities are extremely important because they promote independence, reduce sensory overload, and build fine motor skills. Most importantly, they honor personal boundaries and self-determination! Choice matters! ❤️✨

Keeping the momentum going! 🔄 Inside, there are just as many important jobs that need to be done. He loves helping out with a variety of tasks, and today he took charge of sweeping the carpet for his group! Clean floors make such a big difference, and we love seeing his hard work to keep our space clean and comfortable. 💪❤️👏

Teamwork is in full bloom! 🌸✨ Lawn care is a big job, but keeping our flowers and garden areas beautifully watered is just as important. These two paired up today to handle the watering duties and make sure every single plant got some love! We absolutely love seeing our crew work together to keep the property looking its best. 💧🌿👏

We love seeing our individuals take so much pride in their work! He enjoys using different outdoor equipment to keep our property looking beautiful, and today he did a fantastic job tackling both the mowing and some of the trimming. There’s nothing like the satisfaction of a job well done! 💪🌱☀️

Another beautiful day of outdoor care here at ASF! A few of our individuals have gone through one-on-one training on how to use outdoor power equipment, and they're putting those skills to great use. Today's task was trimming weeds around our garden and flower beds. This hard worker is always up for any job, but he especially loves being outdoors when the weather is this nice! ☀️🌱

🎨 Creativity and talent in full bloom last week!

Our classrooms were filled with vibrant colors and incredible focus as these artists designed custom floral pieces using paper plates and paint. This adaptive art project offered an engaging space for creative expression, collaboration, and skill enhancement.

Last Friday's park day was one for the books! ☀️❤️ We cooled off at the splash pad, enjoyed some music, took walks, shared picnic lunches, and spent the day laughing and making memories together. Nothing beats a beautiful day spent with great friends!
