I’ve been busy this morning making some tea blends and I decided to use some of my lavender petals to make lavender syrup. I then added the lavender syrup to some oat milk and iced coffee and made a lavender latte. It is delicious!

I think it would be good in hot tea, lemonade, or on ice cream.

Why Raw Local Honey?

Seasonal allergies have many people reaching for local honey. The idea is that local honey may contain tiny amounts of pollen from plants growing nearby. Some people swear by it as part of their seasonal wellness routine, and I know it has helped my family with seasonal allergies.

Berry Healthy elderberry syrup contains raw local honey. It adds natural sweetness and gives the syrup its smooth, comforting flavor. I love being able to use an ingredient produced close to home while creating something my customers enjoy.

Friendly reminder: because it contains raw honey, elderberry syrup should not be given to children under 1 year of age. I can make a bottle without honey upon request. Just send me a DM.
