Oak Haven and Wesley residents started their Healthy Heart Ambassador Program. Everyone received a Midline Wrist cuff to monitor their blood pressure daily. They also started their Hydration Challenge targeting 64 ounces of water daily! Wish them luck as they start their lifestyle changes.

Decatur Senior Center was the place to learn about Hypertension and Hydration today.
These folks are taking the 30 day Water challenge to see the impact hydration has on their lifestyles. Wish them all good luck and better health!

Senior citizens Day at Decatur County Fair was a hit! They enjoyed visiting the vendors, exhibitors and then played Bingo. They won some great prizes and enjoyed some “callin”
( cows, pigs and husbands!)😂😂then had a delicious meal provided by First Baptist Church.
