Feeling overheated, or like your body won’t calm down?

Try this simple acupressure reset ↓

Place your fingers on the inside of your elbow (right in the crease) and apply gentle pressure while breathing slowly.

This point is commonly used in Chinese medicine to help clear heat, regulate body temperature, and support your nervous system.

Do this for 1–2 minutes on each side. You might notice a slight warmth or tingling — that’s normal and a sign of increased circulation.

This is a great one to use:
• after a workout
• when you’re feeling overheated
• during moments of stress or irritability

Save this for later and try it next time your body feels “off.”

Part 2 of asking our acupuncturists their favorite tools in the clinic ↓

Polina’s pick: Acupuncture needles

Used to target specific points in the body, acupuncture helps release tension, improve circulation, and support natural healing.

It’s especially effective for conditions like tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, helping reduce pain and restore mobility over time.

Struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep?

Try this simple acupressure technique ↓

Gently massage the area just behind your ear (right in the soft groove) using slow motions.

This point is often used in Chinese medicine to help calm the mind, support the nervous system, and promote deeper, more restful sleep.

Do this for 1–2 minutes on each side while taking slow, steady breaths.

You may start to feel your body unwind and your mind quiet down.

This is a great one to use:

• right before bed
• when your mind won’t shut off
• if you wake up in the middle of the night

Save this for tonight — your sleep will thank you.
