If you’re the mom of a fifth grader, chances are you want two things for your soon-to-be middle schooler: confidence and connection. Feeling good about yourself and your friendships is crucial at every age, but especially when starting a new chapter (like middle school).

That’s why I am excited to be teaming up with Leslie Randolph of Leslie Randolph to offer Confident & Connected, a 7-week non-therapeutic group designed to help tweens cultivate the confidence and social skills they need to thrive.

Over eight fun and interactive sessions, girls will learn:
    •    What it means to be a good friend and how to make good friends
    •    
    •    How mindset and confidence shape social experiences
    •    
    •    Emotional regulation and mindfulness tools
    •    
    •    Compassionate listening and body-language skills
    •    
    •    How to navigate friendship changes with resilience
    •    
Girls will leave this experience with stronger bonds, stronger skills, and a stronger sense of self.

Another &Confident cohort starts June 8th!

If you’re the mom of a graduating 5th grader, you’re likely thinking about the transition to middle school and wanting your daughter to feel good about herself and her friendships as she heads into this new chapter of her life.

That’s what Connected and Confident is all about! Over 8 weeks, girls will learn:

💜 what it means to be a good friend and how to make good friends

💜 how mindset and confidence shape social experiences

💜emotional regulation and mindfulness tools

💜compassionate listening and body language skills

💜how to navigate friendship changes with resilience

We would love to have your daughter join us in creating new bonds and leaving with a stronger sense of self. And it will be FUN!
